Terms & Conditions.

The full Terms & Conditions are being finalised. The working terms below reflect confirmed operational facts and are subject to management confirmation.

Provisional

Cancellation and refund terms and check-in time are not yet published as fact. This page will be completed once management confirms the wording.

Payments (working terms)

  • Deposit: 20% to secure a date.
  • Instalments: 20 / 40 / 40%.
  • Balance: on or before two weeks before the event.
  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, Online, Confirmable cheque. Card payment not required.
  • Currency: Naira.

Caution fee (working terms)

  • The caution fee is refundable subject to terms.
  • Released 48–72 hours after a damage-free inspection.
  • Compulsory extra charges: Nil.

Accommodation (working terms)

  • Accommodation may be requested by event guests and direct guests, subject to staff review and the seven-night minimum stay.
  • Units are individually bookable.
  • Checkout: 12:00. Check-in time to be confirmed.
