How do I book a hall?
Submit an event enquiry. Our team reviews availability and responds — nothing is confirmed automatically.
What deposit is required to secure a date?
A 20% deposit secures a date, with instalments of 20 / 40 / 40% and the balance due on or before two weeks before the event.
How many hours does a hall booking include?
10 hours are included; overtime is charged per hour.
Is the caution fee refundable?
Yes — the caution fee is refundable subject to terms, released 48–72 hours after a damage-free inspection.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Bank transfer, Online, Confirmable cheque. Card payment is not required. All amounts are in Naira.
Can guests stay on-site?
Yes — eleven ensuite guest apartments are available. Accommodation may be requested by event guests and direct guests, subject to staff review and the seven-night minimum stay. Checkout is 12:00; check-in time is being confirmed.
